Create Activity for an Issue

Go to the Operations menu and select Issues


Find the issue you want to create an Activity for


Select the Activities tab in the Issue


Here you will see a list of all Activities associated to this Issue. To add a new one, click on the Add Activity button.


You will be presented with the standard New Activity screen, with the Issue and Unit pre-filled in



Select a type from the drop down



Select a priority


Enter the Subject and Content




Allocate the Activity to an Assignee by using the type ahead functionality to find a user in the system



Set a Due Date

You can also set a Scheduled Date and Time if you have this to hand, as well as blocking out the availability of the unit if the activity requires you to do so.


Once you have saved, you can go back to the Issue and click on the Activities tab...


...where you will see your newly created activity.
