The Quote On Hold functionality allows you to send out a Quote for a property whilst also blocking the availability of that property for a set amount of time. This will allow the customer to make a decision on whether they wish to accept the Quote, while not risking losing the property.
Create a new Enquiry as per guide here.
Fill in all the relevant details and Search.
Select a property to add to the Quote.
Click on the Hold for field...
...to select a date and time that the quote should expire at.
Create and Quote as per usual.
You will see the expiry date/time in the Quote email.
Once sent, you can also see the time the Quote is held until in the Room Stay information.
You will also see that the unit availability has been blocked to ensure the Quote is valid until the time it is held.
