Booking Types allow you to label a booking and force it to follow a unique, preset workflow, using exemplars.
Exemplars are a set of rules for automatically creating activities when a booking is added to a Unit. They are often used for creating housekeeping activities but can be used for any activities that you want to be automatically created when a booking has been added to a Unit.
For example, if you wanted a check out clean activity creating every time you add a booking into Unit 1 then an exemplar can be used to do this.
