Rates determine the price per night, minimum nights stay & if a unit type is bookable or not.
Rates are configured via Admin > Rate Plans
Rate Plans consist of Rates & Rate Segments and you typically build your rates based on the unit types and minimum length of stay. The diagram below shows a rate plan called "Standard Rates" with 3 rates underneath for 1 Bed apartments 1-7 nights, 1 Bed apartments 7-28 nights & 2 Bed apartments for 1-7 nights. The table below shows what Rates for a Building may look like.

Step 8: Click 'Next' to move onto the rate segments.
Step 9: Here you can configure your rate by whichever Rate Type you selected. In this case, Daily was selected, so the rate can be altered for each day.
Step 10: Whilst you can edit the rate by day, week or month, it is probably more convenient to use the 'Bulk Edit' function at the bottom of the screen.
Step 11: Select the dates you wish to edit.
Step 12: You can then edit the Amount, Minimum Stay and whether the unit type is Bookable for the dates you've selected.
