A deposit is a way of securing the Unit. The following article shows you how to take a deposit on a Booking Enquiry.
1 - Go to the Sales menu and select 'Booking Enquiries'.
2 - Select the Booking Enquiry you would like to take a deposit on.
3 - Click 'Take Deposit'.
4 - Enter the 'Deposit Amount' and the 'Room Stay', as well as any relevant notes in the 'Note' box.
5 - Click 'Save Deposit Invoice'.
6 - An invoice will automatically be generated under the 'Sales Invoice' tab on the selected Booking.
