Creating an Activity Template (for use with Extras)

Once you have added an Extra, you can then associate activities with it. This activity will then automatically be scheduled when the Extra is added to a Booking.


Creating an Activity for a Building

1 - Go to the Properties menu and select 'Buildings'.



2 - Select a Building you wish to associate an activity with. 

3 - Select the 'Activities' tab. You will be shown a list of all the Activities associated to this Building, as well as those associated to Units within this Building. 



4 - Click 'Add Activity'.



5 - Fill in the details as prompted, just as you would when creating an activity for an individual Unit. Do not select a Unit for the activity.



6 - Finally, click 'Save Activity'.
