1 - Go to the Operations menu and select 'Activities'.
2 - This will give you a list of all the activities in the system. Click 'Show Filter' to search for more specific Activities.
3 - Fill out the filter terms and click 'Apply Filter' to search for Activities that match this refined search, or 'Clear filter' to remove the filters.
4 - To view the details of an Activity, simply click on the desired one.
5 - Here you are able to Edit/Close/Complete/Start by selecting the corresponding button at the top right of the screen.
N.b. If you Edit the activity, click 'Update Activity' to save changes, or 'Cancel Changes' to delete them. Also, you may only Complete an Activity once it has been Started, so make sure to do this first.
