Viewing Housekeeping Activities via the Operations Grid
1 - Go to the Operations menu and select 'Operations Grid'.
2 - Fill out the search fields to specify which Housekeeping Activities you would like to view. Hold down the click button and scroll to select multiple Areas, Types, Teams or Buildings. Alternatively, hold CTRL (on PC) or CMD (on Mac) and click on different options to select more than one.
3 - Click 'Search' to keep these inputs, or 'Reset' to remove the added filters.
4 - If a Building has no Activities, the system will let you know.
5 - Here you can see the Housekeeping Activities scheduled for each Building over the next week.
6 - Click on each Activity to with it in detail.
7 - Here you can Edit/Close/Complete/Start the Activity as normal.
8 - Alternatively, if you with to edit the date of the Activity, simply click on the desired Activity and drag it to the preferred date.
Viewing Housekeeping Activities via Housekeeping Reports
1 - Go to the Reports menu and select 'Operations'.
2 - Here there are a number of Housekeeping Reports that can be generated.
3 - Click 'Generate Report' for one of the Housekeeping Reports.
4 - You will be taken to a new web page. Select the Buildings you would like to do, as well as the dates you would like to search between.
5 - Click 'Apply' to search for results matching your filters.
6 - Again, here you can see the different Activities across the selected Buildings.
