1 - Go to the Sales menu and select 'Availability Grid'.
2 - Press the burger icon to present the search filters if they are not already shown.
3 - Fill out the search fields as prompted. Click the '+' sign next to an Area, e.g. Covent Garden, to show all Buildings at the location, and then click the individual ones you would like to select. Alternatively, by clicking the Area's name, it will automatically select all Buildings at that location.
4 - Click 'Search Availability' to search for results that match your inputs.
5 - If you select the 'Booking' drop-down arrow at the top of the grid, you can select if you would like to create a Booking or an Activity. To create an Activity select 'Activity'.
6 - Click and drag your mouse to select which dates, as well as which Unit, the Activity will be created for.
7 - This will create the 'Activity - New' page where you will be able to create a new Activity by filling out the fields as prompted, and then clicking 'Save Activity'.
N.b. The Building and Unit will have automatically been filled in for you, based on where you clicked and dragged in step 6.
