Worksheets are an internal process done by Res:Harmonics. Please contact one of the team in order to switch on Worksheets for yourself.
1 - Once Worksheets have been switched on, go to the Operations menu and select 'Worksheets'. Here you will be shown a list of all the Worksheets in the system.
2 - In addition, Worksheets can also be seen by going to the Operations menu and selecting 'Activities'.
3 - If an Activity has a blue icon in the 'Worksheet' column, then it is assigned to a Worksheet. You may add a Worksheet by ticking the box on the far right of each Activity, and then click 'Add To Worksheet'.
4 - You will be prompted by the screen below. Choose either to 'Create New Worksheet' or 'Add to Current Worksheet'. If the latter, press the drop-down arrow and select a Worksheet you will like to add the selected Activities to.
5 - Once you have made your choice, select 'Update Activities'.
6 - You will be presented with a page summarising all the details of the Worksheet. Below are brief descriptions of what each section entails.
Basic information that states the name, scheduled date and status of the Worksheet, as well as any relevant notes.
The allow you to create a Key Audit PDF, Key Code Change Activity PDF, Summary Sheet PDF and a Pick List PDF, along with the ability to both edit and/or complete the Worksheet.
Tags are key words that relate to the Worksheet, as well as its name.
This section lists all the Activities that are currently in the Worksheet. By clicking each individual Activity it will open up details about that particular one. When editing the Worksheet you will be able to remove activities by clicking a red bin icon which will appear under 'Actions'.
This section lists all the Keys that are related to the Units, Activity or Location. When editing the Worksheet, if you click the blue arrow pointing the right then the 'Key Associated with Worksheet' will then turn into a 'Key Assigned to Worksheet'.
This will show you a list of any issues linked to an Activity and show if they are assigned to any Bookings.
These are items added to the Unit, therefore showing what quantity of each item must be acquired for each assigned Unit.
Building Access Codes
This shows all the Access Codes that are assigned to each specific Building, as well as stating what the codes actually access, e.g. Gym Code.
