Booking Activites are a very simple way of scheduling an activity for all the bookings in a unit. They come pre-loaded into the system, but if you get in touch with your system admin, you can request specific exemplars.

Assigning Exemplars to Units
1 - Go to Properties and select 'Booking Activities'.
2 - Select which booking activity you would like to add to a unit
3 - Select the press the 'Edit' button at the top right.
4 -At the bottom of the page is a list of booking types which can be selected like tabs. When you select a booking type there is an option to add units.
5 - You can then choose a particular unit you want to add to this activity list and can filter the results using the Unit name & Building name filters.
6 - Once you've selected all the units, you can press the select button in the bottom right and you'll see that each unit has been added onto the list.
8 - When you have done, select 'Update Activity Exemplar''.
9 - The Activities on the future bookings for that Unit will then be updated.
