1 - Go to the Sales menu and select 'Booking Enquiries'.
2 - Click the Booking which you would like to add the Extra to.
3 - Click 'Edit Booking'.
4 - Scroll down and select which Room Stay you would like to add the Extra to.
5 - Click 'Add Extra Service'.
6 - Click the blue search button and select the Extra you would like to add.
7 - The 'Net Price' and 'Billing Frequency' will automatically have been filled in. Click 'Add' to add the Extra to the Room Stay.
8 - Under the Room Stay you will now be able to see the Extra(s) added. To add another Extra, simply click 'Add Extra Service' and complete steps 6 and 7.
9 - Click 'Update Booking' at the top of the page to confirm and save the Extras you have added to the Booking.
