Amending a 'Confirmed' Stay
1 - Go to the Sales menu and select 'All Bookings'.
2 - You will be presented with a list of your previous Bookings. Select the one you wish to edit.
3 - Click 'Edit Booking' and select the Room Stay you would like to amend.
4 - Click 'Amend Stay'.
5 - Here you are able to change the start date and end date of the chosen Room Stay. Change these dates as necessary, and click 'Amend'.
6 - Click 'Update Booking' once you have amended the Room Stay.
7 - Go to the 'Sales Invoice' tab to see the new invoice that has been generated for the Booking.
Amending a 'Checked-in' Stay
1 - Complete steps 1-6 above, but select a Room Stay with a 'Checked-in' status.
2 - The new dates for the Room Stay will now be visible under the Room Stay's information.
3 - A new room stay is then created and its status is pushed through to 'Pending'.
