1 - Go to the Sales menu and select 'All Bookings'.
2 - You will be presented with a list of your previous Bookings. Select the one you wish to edit.
3 - Click 'Edit Booking' and select the Room Stay you would like to amend.
4 - Click 'Amend Stay'.
5 - On the right hand side you will be able to see whether or not the room has an option to extend.
