Overview
Activity Types enable you to plan your different activities in advance, such as meetings or cleaning. Adding your Activity Types will also help for your reporting as it will make it easier to quickly identify what activities were arranged.
PPM Activities stands for Planned Preventative Maintenance Activities. These allow you to plan your activities such as Fire Alarm Testings in advance.
Activity setup
Step 1: Go to the Admin menu, hover over Operation Settings and select Activity Types.
Step 2: Select 'Add Activity Type'.
Step 3: Fill in the required details and select a category for the activity type, then select 'Save Activity Type' when you are done.
Step 4: You will then see the activity type in the list when you click on the 'Activity Types' tab.
PPM activity setup
Step 1: Go to the Admin menu, hover over Operation Settings and select PPM Types.
Step 2: Select 'Add Ppm Type'.
Step 3: Fill in the required details for the PPM Type, then click 'Save Ppm Type' when you are done.
Step 4: You will then see the PPM type in the list when you click on the 'PPM Types' tab.
