New Contacts via CRM menu
1 - Go to the CRM menu and select 'Contacts'.
2 - Here you will be shown a list of all the Contacts that have previously been added to the system. Click 'Add Contact'.
3 - Fill in the required details as prompted.
4 - If there are any questions please get in touch with our support team by clicking the orange chat button located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
5 - Click 'Save Contact'.
6 - The Contact you have just saved will now have been added to the list already on the system.
New Contacts via a New Enquiry
1 - Click 'New Enquiry' at the top left of your screen.
2 - Type in three random letters into the 'Booking Contact' text box.
3 - Suggested Contacts, if any, will now be shown based on the three letters you typed in.
4 - You will notice a blue 'New Contact' button as appeared. Click this button to create a New Contact.
5 - Once prompted, fill in the required fields.
6 - Click 'Create Contact'.
7 - The Contact you have just created will now have been added to the list already on the system.
