1 - Go to the Admin menu, hover over 'Finance', and select 'Card Fees'.
2 - Here you will see a list of all the Card Types that have already been added to the system. If you want a new Card Type added, please get in touch with one of the Res:Harmonics team.
3 - Click the 'View' button to update a Card Type.
4 - Click 'Edit Credit card type fee'.
5 - The 'Fee Type' is how the card fee will be taken. Use the drop-down arrow and select 'Flat Fee' if you would like a set rate that will be taken with each fee, or 'Percentage Total' to take a set percentage of each payment.
6 - Once you have edited the information, click 'Update Credit card type fee'.
7 - The update you have just made can now be seen in the list of Card Types.
