To generate a Report, follow the instructions below.
N.b. In the below example we show you have to create a Sales Report. If you would like to create a Report for Finance, CRM, Operations, Detailed or KPI, then go to the Reports menu and select the desired option, and proceed in completing steps 2 onwards from the step-by-step instructions shown below.
1 - Go to the Reports menu and select 'Sales'.
2 - Here you will be shown a list of all the different types of Reports that can be generated. On this page you will also see a brief description of each report.
3 - Click 'Generate Report' to load the Report you would like to create.
4 - This will take you to a separate window.
5 - Fill out the start date and end date of the report by clicking in the text box and choosing from the calendar.
6 - Select the Contacts or Companies you would like to add by scrolling through the list and clicking on the desired ones. Alternatively, use the search box to search for a specific name.
7 - Click 'Apply' in the bottom left of your screen to generate the Report.
8 - If you wish to download the report, click the export button and select a file format.
9 - The Report will now have been exported and downloaded to your device.
