Marketing Lists are subscriptions that customers are able to sign up for.
Adding Marketing Lists
1 - Go to the CRM menu and select 'Marketing Lists'.
2 - Here you will be shown a list of all the Marketing Lists already stored on the system. Click 'Add Marketing List'.
3 - Fill out the required fields as prompted. Click 'Save Marketing list' once you have filled in the details.
Adding Contacts to the Marketing List
4 - Once you have saved the Marketing List, click on the 'Contacts' tab.
5 - Click 'Edit Marketing list'.
6 - Click 'Add Contact'.
7 - Scroll through the list of Contacts manually, or type in filter terms in the boxes, and click on the desired Contact to select it, e.g. Edwina1 Gatlin.
8 - Provide a 'Reason for Subscribing' and click 'Confirm reason and subscribe contact'.
9 - You will now see a list of Contacts associated with this Marketing List, along with details regarding the opt in.
Searching for Marketing Lists
10 - Go back to the list of Marketing Lists and the list you have just saved will now have been added to the list already stored on the system.
11 - If you click 'Show Filter', you will be presented with text boxes where you can enter filter terms to narrow down your search.
12 - Enter filter terms as you see fit, and click 'Apply Filter' to perform a search.
13 - The table of Marketing Lists will now have been narrowed down to match the filters you have just inputted.
