The 'Admin' tab allows you to change the ReRum system configuration. Many of the pages in the Admin tab should not be used, as they will have been pre-configured before you begin using the ReRum system, so if you are unsure about any part of the Admin section, please get in touch with Res:Harmonics support before making any alterations.
You can do so by emailing email@example.com or using the blue help chat icon in the bottom right corner of ReRum.
In the 'Operation Settings' tab you can change the settings for the 'Operations part of the system, including Activity and Issue settings. Much of this will be pre-loaded into the system for you.
In the 'Geography' tab you can set up geographical areas in the system. These will be the areas where you then add your properties. For example, a property will be within an Area in a City, within a State or Region, within a Country.
In the 'Finance' tab you can change the settings for the Financial side of the system.
In the 'CRM' tab you can change the settings for the the CRM tab.
In the 'Templates' tab you can view and edit the templates for correspondence that is sent automatically from your system, for example arrival information emails and invoices. Templates are currently made up of HTML and can be complicated to edit, so if you wish to make changes to any of the templates in the system please get in touch with Res:Harmonics first.
In the 'Booking Settings' tab you can change settings to do with Bookings.
In the 'Properties' tab you can change the settings for properties on your system.
In the 'Channel Settings' tab you can add and edit channels, as well as mapping them to different sources, such as OTAs like Booking.com or AirBnB.
In the 'Rate Plans' tab you can configure rates for your properties.
In the 'Options to Extend' tab you can add and alter the setup for options to extend on your system.
In the 'Tag Manager' tab you can configure tags in the ReRum system.
In the 'Configurations' tab you can alter the configuration and format of the ReRum system.
