When creating an activity you will assign it to an activity type. Activity types allow you to group activities by their category (e.g. Maintenance, Cleaning, etc.) which helps with reporting and also viewing of activities.
1 - Activity types can be found in Admin > Operation Settings > Activity Types
In there will be pre-created ones such as Admin & Meeting, new ones can also be added to your system easily using the 'Add Activity Type' button.
