When creating a new activity an activity template can be linked to it, this allows the same tasks to be set every time an activity is generated.
Activity Templates can be found in Admin > Operations Settings > Activity Templates. When creating a new one the following fields will need to be added in:
Template Name: Name of the template
Template Description: Description for this tempalte
Type: Such as admin, maintenance etc. New ones can be added in Activity Types
Priority: Numbered one to five
Subject: Subject of Activity template
Due Date: Set if the activity will be due on check in or check out of guest
Scheduled Time: Time that the activity is expected to be completed by
The other fields do not have to be entered, but can be filled if needed.
Assignee: This can be either a person or a team, i.e Housekeeping
Mandatory: Check this box if the checklist listed below has to be filled in by the person it is assigned to
Checklist: This can be filled in with every task that a person has to complete to be able to complete that activity.
