Version 1.30.30 has been released to your system.
This update is the second in a series of user interface improvements focused on making the system easier to use and to highlight important issues that will be affecting your customer experiences.
This release includes the following:
- Create a new company during the enquiry process
- Setting up Billing Frequency during Enquiry creation
- Highlighted Overdue items within bookings
- Unit address displayed when using search bar
Create a new company during the enquiry process
You can quickly create a company when the Booking Contact is specified by typing in the company and Quick Creating the Company.
Additionally, you can now also Quick Create a company or a contact at the Booking Account and Billing Account.
Setting Up Billing during Enquiry Creation
You can now (optionally) specify the Billing Frequency during the enquiry process.
If you set the billing frequency then the system will allow you to send the enquiry out as Bookable online, as it knows how to bill.
If you do not set it, then you can create the enquiry and also email the enquiry. This will result in an enquiry without the Billing Frequency set.
When the customer wishes to go ahead then the system will require you to set the billing frequency before conversion to a Pending Booking.
Highlighted Overdue items within bookings
You can now optionally toggle on/off Highlighted Overdue items within the booking.
Unit address displayed when using search bar
When typing information into the search bar it will display the unit address alongside the unit type and unit name.
We've removed some of the pesky bugs to hopefully make your experience with the system smoother.
