This release includes the following:
- Occupancy pricing - Rentals United: Extra price per guest
- Allow addition of guides to Activity Templates
- Booking Activities - Make triggering events mandatory field to stop exception when left blank. Also set if blocks availability

Occupancy pricing for Rentals United: Extra price per guest
We can now include a ‘price per extra guest’ in the rates that are now being sent up to Rentals United. This can be done by filling in the default occupancy of the unit and then the price per guest for every extra guest above that default occupancy.
Allow addition of guides to Activity Templates
The user now has the capability to populate activity attachments from a template so that the templates can include photo templates of what the apartment should look like when it is completed.
When activities are created from the template then you can see the guidance on the activity as an attachment and in the mobile app as an attachment. Housekeepers or maintenance team members can refer to the diagrams / photos attached.
Activity template - Ability to restrict availability on check out schedule
On Activity Templates, there is now the option for the activity to block availability for a desired number of days after check out, this could be used for a deep clean or maintenance checks.
If you do not want to use this feature, make sure that ‘Restrict Availability’ is off.
This gives you the option to choose the length of time you would like the block of availability to take place.
