Version 1.37.0 has been released to your system. This release includes the following:

On the ‘All Bookings’ screen we have added 3 new filter options, these are:
- Booking Account Name
- Billing Account Name
- Created Date
These will allow you to filter your bookings to be more specific in the results.
Scheduled Dates on Mobile App
On an activity in the app, the scheduled date will now appear, so your maintenance teams know when the activities should be started.
Scheduled Dates Filter On Mobile App
When filtering activities on the mobile app, the user can now choose whether to search activities by due date or scheduled date.
The Ability the Set A Channels Billing Account
In the channel mapping section of the system you can now select whether you want the billing account to be automatically set to either the booking contact or the booking account for OTAs.
Booking Sales Invoice Screen Re-Design
The Sales invoice tab has now been slightly redesigned to make it easier to know more information about the invoices for a booking. We have removed the dropdown functionality of the invoice and have replaced it with the following additional information:
- Unit Number/Name
- Roomstay ID
- Charge From Date
- Charge To Date
To see the individual line items of an invoice you have to click on the invoice and the system will load the invoice details as normal.
Sales Ledger Report
For clients that have a finance package such as Xero or Quickbooks, we have improved the sales ledger report now has an extra column which denotes the export status of that particular invoice.
Split RoomStay Conversion Date
When splitting a roomstay, the conversion date of the new roomstay will now have the same conversion date as the original roomstay.
Overdue Invoices Warning
There is now the ability to show a warning for an invoice that are near being overdue and overdue invoices on the availability grid and on the due payments screen. This can be switched on in the system configuration found in: Admin > Configurations > System Configuration > Views
Availability Grid Impending Invoices
With the toggle switched on there is now the ability to show a warning for an invoice that are near being overdue and overdue invoices on the availability grid. These bookings appear in light purple.
Due Payments Impending Invoices
With the toggle switched on the impending invoices will be highlighted in light purple.
Contact – Financials
ou can now see the financials for every client individually, these can be found in the tabs along the top of a contact, where you can see the Sales or Purchase Invoices, these will show a list of the invoices.
Unit – Issues
You can now see the issues that have been raised against specific units. This can be found on each Unit in the tabs labeled ‘Issues’.
